1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VoiceMasters website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoiceMasters ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our Site and services.

2. Description of Services

VoiceMasters provides public speaking and presentation skills training services, including courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and educational resources ("Services").

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of our Services may require registration. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Course Registration and Payment

4.1 Registration

Course registration is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.

4.2 Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

VoiceMasters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software ("Content"), is the property of VoiceMasters or our content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the Content
• Using the Content for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the Content to another person or "mirroring" it on any other server

This license terminates if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 User Content

If you submit, post, or share content on our Site ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with our Services.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, VoiceMasters disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoiceMasters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Site or Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceMasters, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
